1) "Forcing upgrade to 11i" doesnt affect revenue in the vast majority of cases. Unless there is additional software involved, there is no additional charge long as the customer has continued to pay their licence fees. No money for an 11i upgrade? You're kidding! That I didn't know. If they had 10.7, they didn't have the application server did they... and it is required now so that must have some money attached one would think? Lizzie
