When I worked in Philadelphia, I tried my best to get a pigeon with a paperclip and rubber band, to no avail.

problem magpies.

We too have a light box. I sit by it for 15 minutes to an hour almost every morning. It really helps set your biological clock. I have a marketing idea to make a travel model to counter jet lag. What do you think?
