Psycho murderer Hussein promptly set about destroying the Kuwaiti Oil fields, made a serious attempt to assasinate then President Bush (a terrorist action if ever there was one) and certainly would have used poison gas if he'd had the capability.

What planet were you living on, while this was going on, and why haven't you read up on what happened while you were away?

PS - there is a difference between "severest consequences" and "we're gonna nuke you."
