Harlan,

Hi I am on Vacation right now in New Hampshire (Keene State U.) Hi to all!

Please send a fax and a letter by certified mail to E-Trade asking for the Bloomberg report on that particular trade with the report consisting of the trade prices and data around the the actual order that was filled for your purchase. Tell them to highlight your fill, also call them on their recorded lines and ask that they fax you the report, tell them you want it now not later and have a fax number ready. You must send a letter and/orfax also to make this matter on the record. Do you understand? Under freedom of information act they have to provide you with this material, it is federal law, so if you request it on the record and they do not send it like they have done with me, they are in serious trouble! ASAP do this! VERY IMPORTANT.
Once you say this to them I will bet everything changes, let me know if their attitude changes once you ask that specific question (Request for bloomberg report).

Please anyone else that needs assistance post here I will help!
