Heavy selling from Canaccord this month, and especially this past week.

The large Short Position in Bema was reduced by 1,500,000 shares in the first half of the month. (As reported through Canada StockWatch)

Coincidentally, the 16 million dollar financing was closed on December 4th. I don't suppose any of those financing shares were used to cover that short position, that may have been used to drive the price down into the financing. Some system.

Now, the Short Position is still over 9,000,000 shares.

Imagine how much the Shorter would be sweating if not for the heavy selling through Canaccord.

Whoever is holding that Short Position better pray Bema needs another financing, soon.

For my part, I'd like to see a little buy-out offer, say about $6. per share. That would amount to about a $36. million loss on that Short Position.
