I don't know. I haven't heard the people at SIGA discuss Palomar as a competitor. SIGA's thinking goes something like this: SIGA has major clients like HP and Compaq for its printed circuit board business. As SIGA builds its backplane and flextronics divisions, SIGA will get additional business from current clients -"the one stop shopping" idea. SIGA works with clients from early stages of product development to design the best solution for the client. So they get the client involved in learning what SIGA can do to make the client's product better, faster, more profitable, etc. The Citation buyout gave SIGA the capacity to get more and larger orders from the current client base - a tried and true strategy for growth - it's easier to sell more to current clients than get new ones.
