Ted: Quit being so optimistic. 8 is almost 20% from just under 10. Most investors would be happy with a 15% return on their investment, particularly as "conservative" as CSGI is. So, 8 1/2 looks good. Perhaps it's time to short CSGI? That would almost guarantee a rise to, say ... 13? What a revolting development ... all that waiting for confirmation, and then this. Yawn ....
