Based on the French Ambasadores change in attitude today, IMO the US has now submitted some of the proofs
spoken of by Mr Powell and Bush, - that Saddam is still engaged in WMD efforts, to various council members.
The inspections will now get more serious and down to business, and in the end the majority of UN members will say that IRAQ is in violation.
While this inspection operation plays out, the various countries engaged in enforcing the end to Iraq's MWD
efforts will continue to build up forces in the area and get ready for action. They will hope for the best and plan for success in case of the worst.
Since the existing chemical weapons must be destroyed before Iraq gets to use them (like Scuds on Israel)
it will not be safe to be anywhere near Iraq when the action starts. The first day will remain a secret but the action will be like nothing before witnessed-even exceeding the Fireworks at the last Olympics.
If they thought General Swartskoff was tough, wait until they meet General Franks
