neo.. i'm having considerable difficulty with my laptop computer and almost every time i call dell tech support i get a technician with a strong indian accent... is it ok if i joke about it publicly and say "guess i'll call dell again and speak to apu?" (from the simpsons) "supposed" gaffe? clinton seemed to think it was....
