AV--Hopefully I will respond by tonight on the 1 hr "delightful" conference call. BTW-I agree with Yousef on the EUV vs XRL with one exception, the SCALPEL process. I think both the SCALPEL process (ISI is really the lead sled dog here now???) and UTEK's Ultrabeam should not be discounted. Where I admantly agree is where the XRL pushout occurs. XRL has been pushed out ever since I can remember (at least 15 years or more.) Andrew
