but I am hoping it is of General Interest It is. Lately, in the media and such I have run into this Dutch ( Amsterdam) thing of voiding and excreting in the streets. Aside from the fact that I have concluded I will probably never visit the Netherlands I wonder what this fascination with evacuating themselves in the streets is all about. Out of sheer ignorance I muse that these disgusting habits are a function of the cavalier attitude and tolerance to alcohol and drugs. What do you make of this conduct? C
