I upgraded to Windows XP last week and did a Microsoft security update yesterday. Since I also reloaded Zone Alarm's firewall and reinstalled McAfee's antiviral software, as well as reinstalling Metastock 6.52, I wasn't sure which, if any of these maneuvers caused the conflict. I was planning on calling Dial Data's tech support tomorrow, if one exists. I hate messing with software or changing anything on my computer as problems always pop up. That inertia has kept me with dial data all these years. CT
