I haven't been following this company as close as I used to do but I just kind of fell off the wagon a few weeks ago.
I'm still as disgusted with this company as I was when I first discovered that there was little more to this company than executive profit at the expense of private investors.

I have better things to do rather than skimming through a couple of hundred pages of the recently ammended 10K and quarterlies, but I just did it.

You can probably guess I'm not an english or math major, but I have read a lot of financial statements on EDGAR in the past. (especially on fonix)

After reading the latest I just can't understand how Fonix has been allowed to remain a publicly traded company for so long.

There is something seriously wrong with our regulatory system regarding publicly traded companies, when they are allowed to exist for the profit of greedy and manipulative company executives and at the expense of good common trusting shareholders.

I read through the recent filings as though reading from chapter one, book one. It is all quite boring, familiar and at the same time so very sad. Some might say it is kind of funny that they are allowed to continue. Some might say that you have to give these guys a lot of credit for being able to pull this charade off for so long.

I just think that companies like this get away with what they do because they remain under the financial radar gun of the regulators. The little fish swim in big schools and you can't get them all.

How much wealth has been transfered into the hands of these guys at the top of the Fonix Pyramid??
