ELD-t....in the news: Eldorado to list 30 million common shares on Dec. 23 Miscellaneous TSX bulletin 2002-1349 An additional 30 million common shares will be listed at the open on Monday, Dec. 23, 2002. The listing covers common shares forming part of 20 million units to be sold to the public at a price of $1.60 per unit pursuant to the terms of a prospectus dated Dec. 16, 2002. Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of a common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share at a price of $2 per share for a period of 12 months from the closing of the public offering. The units will separate immediately upon the closing of the public offering. The warrants will not be listed on the TSX.
