JPhone has been "fine tuning" for well over 6 months.

Why is JPhone claiming the handset delay? If it's simply manufacturing time, certainly JPhone could produce a concrete schedule - so why is JPhone "not sure when it will be able to deliver the latest mobile handsets"? Now... is the problem continued time needed for "fine tuning"... perhaps another 6 months? J-Phone needs to get its alibi straight.
