10:57 ET CoSine Comms receives takeover bid (COSN) 5.93 halted: Bloomberg.com reports that Cosine has received a $91.6 mln takeover bid from Wyndcrest Holdings. In a letter of intent sent to CoSine last week, Wyndcrest said it would pay about $9.11 a share. The offer equals CoSine's estimated cash balance at the end of the first quarter.
