Doesn't change which facts. It changes your version of the facts, in your claim that Bush Sr was wrong to go into SA in 91 to protect SA from invasion by Iraq. The only reason you have given so far that Bush Sr made a mistake, because that started the events which culminated in 9/'11. However, now you claim it was OBL who made the mistake; ergo Bush Sr was right.

Do I think Bush Sr. is to blame....No; do I think Clinton is to blame.......No; do I think OBL is to blame......emphatically Yes!

Then put the blame emphatically where it belongs, on OBL head. Bush Sr was just doing his job.
