Dumbass. I stated at the outset that the likelihood of us ever using nuclear weapons again is nil.

However, it would be patently stupid to possess nuclear weapons and NOT possess the prerogative to use them. No president in his right mind would say, before going to war with Iraq, "well, we're going to war with you but we promise not to use our nuclear arsenal". This kind of stupid crap is what made you liberals famous.

Why are you continuing this ridiculous discussion? It is like arguing with a damned fencepost.
