Let's hear it for the decent drunks

IF Bill Clinton needs to apologise to anyone, it's to those of us who occasionally enjoy a drink. So long as we don't drive on a full tank, we're no danger to anyone but ourselves. Speaking as someone who has on occasion actually been drunk, I have to say that I did find his comments deeply offensive. Sorry, that should read: ``I find his metaphor unfortunate.''
