So how does neo judge worse insensitivity.

Irish are not as sensitive as blacks??? Some racial ethic difference of the culture.

Going to a group and insulting them with a clear and direct reference to a sensitive issue to them is less worse than.

Being in party with friends and an older man, a father figure and making a remark about what one selectively remembers of the good old days, makes a statement that some can chose to use to say an inference was made to some negative aspects of what occurred in the past.

Total absolute lack of critical thinking skills LOL....
