I recently read a column in the Boston Globe from a "stock picker" and he consistently beats the market by shorting the 10 best performing Mass. stocks in the following year. It seems like this has been a winning strategy for the past 15 years. Hmmm.

This is not to say that all his picks go down, just the majority.

Lets hope that FSTW is one of the ones that will go up.
