LOL! Gee, the SF ppty is so... lovely. You could pretend you're a wealthy eccentric street person, complete with garbage cans BTW, I'm watching two weeks' worth of cold rain, and my buddy in AZ is outside putting flagstones on his 1/2-acre courtyard in 68 degrees, clear skies... Savor it, you're free as a bird - time to let yourself fully consider all options for as long as it takes
