Tumor penetration problems for mAbs. There is a very good post over at Raging Bull summing up where ImmunoGen is (might be) standing in their efforts to develop their Tumor Activated Prodrugs. The problems discussed are however not restricted to ImmunoGen. They should apply to any company trying to develop mAb-based therapies to combat solid tumors. I would welcome any comments to the discussion. Erik ragingbull.lycos.com
