Clinton may have made a gaffe, but at worst he insulted people by alluding to a stereotype. He did not appear to endorse a system of racial oppression<<

that gaffe which clinton made was within the context of a people working to hammer out a peace agreement.

it was egregious considering the context and what was at stake.

and when you use verbiage such as "at worst he insulted people" you betray an insensitivity to their plight.

again...

what stereotype is acceptable from you in describing blacks?

if we are going to accept stereotypes for the irish, then we should find one for all others...

assuming you consider that ethical consistency relevant..
