This morning I contacted Dial Data by e-mail and was informed that there has been a change to the Dial Data address in the program for the Equis downloader. They advised that I needed to download a patch from the Equis website to permanently change the address from dd.tdc.com todd.trackdata.com. I then went to equis.com and found and downloaded Qcenter .exe for the downloader version 6.52. I then replaced my old file version with this new one as outlined in the directions on Equis's update and patch file site. After reebooting my system and trying again to download from dial data, I still got a "Network log-on Failed" error message. Now I'm waiting for an e-mail response from support@equis.com, as they kept me on terminal wait by phone. CT
