What rock did you crawl out from? Now that you've vented what amounts to RW bigotry, perhaps you'd like to try and explain why the south is solid republican.... I don't know what the hell you analysis has to do with this question. You've taken the black population and distributed it uniformly around the country and suggest they are overrepresented....what you seem to forget, however, is a little item called segregation which causes AA's to be clustered in the southern states and larger northern urban areas.... In those locations their votes should gain them representation. This is not the way it is, especially in the south. So vent your biases again and try and answer the question....
