Talking Points Memo

I agree. He is the first Liberal Blogger I have read that is not in a "Hysterical" mode. I really like his layout, the best I have seen.

I see the New York Times did not wait for Bill Frist to be made Leader to go after him. The Front Page, top of the fold, with picture, Lead today lays out every possible racist thing he might have done, and imputes a connection to HMO corruption. They don't even bother to quote sources, just say "Democrats cite." He is known as "Mr Clean" in Washington and is about as controversial as Warm Milk. It should have been listed as a "Political Opinion" piece but it is published as "Straight News."

Why am I not surprised?

For Contrast, read The Washington Post Story today. Much better written, more detailed, does not let up on his HMO connection, but stays out of calling him a racist.
