Bill O'Reilly featured that Arizona case on his show the other night. (I'm in Tucson with my dad, so it's O'Reilly every night. <g>) His tack was to ridicule the ACLU for supporting the rights of convicts to have access to the internet, which was both shallow and missed the point, as O'Reilly conspicuously does every now and then. If that were the issue, then O'Reilly would have a point. But it isn't.
