MacNamee on Rukeyser show is turning to capex- he likes Siebel and Cisco and then Overture and Concord EFS. There was somebody else he liked but I missed it. He expects strong numbers in 2003 and 2004 for the capex tech companies. Since they have to explain their picks to the viewers in a few seconds, I suspect he will never recommend a company like BEAS which is hard to explain... personally I suspect there are better buys in software than siebel but they are like brocade a little, so beaten down you wonder if all the shoes that can possibly drop, have.
