Regulation of party magicians and clowns can't be far behind. Woe to the entertainer who dares make children or the elderly laugh without the proper license and registration! It's a good thing that there generally isn't a ton of money in any of those lines of work - fortune teller, magician, clown, entry-level comedian, etc. - or an aspiring district attorney might come along and demand an extralegal 'settlement' from them en masse.
