I'd say you are using terms very poorly. When a person expresses an opinion based upon what they know and have lived I donot call that prejudiced. The rational of their opinion is either stupid brilliant or some where in between. Ignorance based opinions are all I'd call prejudice. One can disagree on what is ignorance. But when one calls all religious beliefs ignorance, I call that ignorance.

When people express absurd stuff that is process and science ignorant, I call that stupidity or ignorance and may also underlie a harmful prejudice.

Stupidity as a term hold no moral judgement. It is an assessment of what was presented.

Prejudice means.... An adverse judgment or opinion formed beforehand or without knowledge or examination of the facts.

By that definition I'd say your posts are quite full of prejudice.
