Kenneth E. Phillipps -- <<the way to defeat terrorism is to defeat poverty>> Are Bin Ladden and, say, the South Arabians groups that are financing the terrorism poor? Are those that turn themselves into bombs are doing so because of a malnutrition or a lack of comfort in their houses? So, give them a potato and a recliner, and their rebellion would be quenched? Or maybe they are driven by a burning feeling of a gross unfairness, indignity and so on? If so, NOTHING will stop them except the Fairness no matter how poor or rich they are. And the solution to the terrorism then -- what?? ag
