Hi Bayclipper,

Yes, I am aware of the reputation for structural integrity and am not suggesting that this type of specific litigation per se is a real concern. My point was to merely keep in everyone's mind that there can always be "unforeseen circumstances". That could include anything under the stars. Litigation was just an obvious example. A patent fight, a personal dispute among company officers that gets ugly, a supplier who feels abused .... anything. Real or perceived, these things can have a damaging effect on a stock price even when the fundamentals are very strong. Not for just TVIN, but for any stock.

I'm only mentioning these kinds of things because the picture is likely to get very attractive in the short/mid term and a lot of "gambling" money might come rolling into this stock. The price may even rise to a number higher than the fundamental value of the company's future.

I guess this is just a reminder (perhaps to myself more than anyone!) to keep the eyes wide open and make sure that I'm not the last person to buy it on the uptick. I believe we've got awhile before that "last" uptick happens ..... barring unforeseen circumstances. <G>
