Time magazine picks three whistleblower women. What I want to know is why, if they think whistleblowing women warrant the designation as "persons of the year", they didn't see fit to select Paula Jones, Kathleen Willey, Juanita Broadderick and Dolly Kyle Browning a few years ago? sfgate.com
