That is no different than saying the English should have killed all Irish and raze Ireland to the ground. Or that the Spanish and French should kill all Basque people and burn their villages to the ground. Or something.
(I am assuming, of course, that you are somewhat familiar with IRA & ETA, and the fact that terrorism did not start on 9/11 and neither is it an exclusively Muslim activity. And I am not even going to go into how the US was the biggest financial supporter of IRA. Maybe you would like the UK to invade the US?)
