how bout they build a mine at snap and send that high grade MPV stuff on over for processing since they are 90km apart I think? if this was a plan -then DB couldsit on it as long as it likes since it has a plan. Throw in the plans for JBL which DB thinks has some of the bestest looking diamonds in the world and you've got DB working fullbore on a few fronts. Also keep in mind that DB just 'acquired' (LOL) a large stake in the Grub pipe in Russia (via DB's new interst in AAD) that has a value of $5BB - so they are willing to say. If DB wants Snap to move ahead - they can do it -witness the earleier problems that they said they were encountering at JBL and the sudden resolution. It's big biz and they play it very well IMO to thier advantage.
