Nice list, Tom! Some comments: BTC Bermuda is GSM CellCom Israel is GSM New Zealand Telecom is CDMA And all the small Caribbean Islands of Cable & Wireless are GSM. Another interesting question is, whether we will see CDMA to GSM/EDGE/WCDMA migrations, JT Bergqvist from Nokia hinted about it in Dallas a couple of weeks ago.
