Structurally, your 'example' is laughable and obviously a bit confused (your original 'issue' reflected confusion about how, or why, a large bid wouldn't necessarily have an effect on a posted offer; and now you've somehow drifted to talking about perceived values in the market, and inexplicably linking that to "misrepresentation.")

Topically, in one fell swoop you've strongly hinted - wryly, perhaps? - that, in fact, you haven't a brain cell to spare.
