OT ** re anecdotal shopping observations AD, in Sunnyvale (which I've visited a few times when my neice used to live there), aren't most people dependent on the SV electronics industry ? Hasn't that area been hit with significant layoffs, and presumably some people migrating out of the area ? I read a story in Barrons that it is one of the areas where rents have dropped. Anyway, I don't think it is very representative of the whole retail economy right now. Sarmad
