Yes, that is a good sign of how progressive GW is. Glad you thought of it. Who looks at quotas as being racist.........Steve Harris? I can't speak for Steve, but you certainly can put me in that category. As an employer, I have always been against quotas; even before the USSC struck down most quotas starting at least ten yrs ago.
