10$ oil,russia certainly would not.... Yeah that's a corollary to the money theme.... make sure there are no Russian dachas on the Arabian sea ;o) I've posted on that a few times. I'm not about to moralize here but from a FP point of view Elizabeth's assertion makes perfect sense (EDIT, OK GOOD sense).
