The solution to "network log-on failed" error message is to download and install the full version of The DownLoader 7.22 obtained at equis.com . Apparently the previous version of downloader is no longer functional. This whole episode has made me consider changing to quotes plus, even thought the problem didn't originate with dial data, and upgrading to Metastock 8 for $359 at chartingsoftware.com. CT
