I got really really frustrated with ETRADE today!

This morning I have been trying to place two orders. However, the internet server is not responding. The phone system refuses to accept orders. Called the customer server, I was told to hodl at least 20 min. This has caused big losses for me already. Because I cannot sell my stock while watching it's dropping and I cannot cover my short when it is rocketing up. Help! Help! Help!

Finally (after a long down time), I sold my shares at a loss.

After I sold I called Etrade to file a complaint to if they would compensate my loss. I haven't heard from them yet. I'll see.
