"I am not the one who brought up the subject of property policies in regard to offering, or not ,inexpensive medicine(health care) to the deseased of the 3rd world. " No but someone with more understanding than you did. Seems that blaming US, or someone else, for anothers problems is in vogue. Why is the third world the third world? Failure of their system??? Fixing the problem makes sense, another injection of money that won't change anything doesn't.
