(Hope I remember this one right.)
Draw some parallel lines 1 inch apart covering a sheet of paper. Toss a 1 inch long straw into the air onto the paper. Count the number of times the straw lands on a line and the total number of tosses.

As the number of tosses increases, the ratio (# of times straw lands on a line)/(total number of tosses) approaches .....
