Not the painter. It was already in positive ground before those last few trades. So, there was no need to bump the price up a few cents to fudge those automated chart systems to make it look like a sustained rally. Ain't technology grand? Maybe it's somebody trying to get in to FSTW before the annual "Santa Claus Rally" takes it to even higher levels. Maybe this time it will reach your 15-18 range and stay there. Maybe not. TED
