Hello JW, Just a note to check-in and mark the copy book of this site, in case you want to shout at me from here;0) I have asked my Beijing staff to try to buy one or two bars of the recently released Chinese retail monetary gold (999 bars), specifying that I want the ones with the Year of the Sheep commemorative design. If the Chinese experiment with retail monetary gold succeeds in (a) people releasing mattress paper money in exchange for more fire-proof security, (b) government making money from mint concession, (c) banks getting flush with paper money, (d) country reducing trade surplus by importing gold, and (e) making everybody happy, then the abracadabra could take off, with India soon to worry about a 'gold gap' with China, and US Congress forbidding the lending of official gold, and ... ... oh god, what a world that will be:0) Chugs, Jay P.S.
