He was outraged that she would make comments like the ones she made, and implicit behind his outrage was the suggestion that she not be allowed to speak to those hi school children.

While I stopped short of "calling for censorship", I find little difference between Murray's anti-American/pro-bin Laden statement and, for example, the way I'd feel if Jerry Falwell visited the classroom and began indoctrination of a group of kids.

They both have every right to say what they want to say, but there may be a need to restrict the place at which he/she can say it -- IN THE INTEREST OF NON-INDOCTRINATION OF INNOCENT CHILDREN. I wonder how Ted and other liberals would feel about Falwell in the classroom?
