Grubman is just the stupid fall guy. The ones more deserving of shame and jail time are his bosses. We know who these are. New York AG neither has the power or balls to ever get indictments of these power players. If Giulianni couldn't do it back then, I doubt very much this latest AG can do anything substantial. 1 billion fine without jail time to the heads is like us paying a traffic violation.
