First, you were not asking, you were blaming one country the US. Second, the document was never intended for everyone, it was intended for the security council of the UN. Third, the permanent members made another decision. You could argue that you don't like the decision they made or how they made it. You could argue that Anan should not have agreed to what the permanent members wanted without consulting the entire body of the security council, those would have been valid arguements, what you did was blame the US!
Third, and most importantly you claim that the document will be used as the basis of an invasion of Iraq. Since, the US has chosen not to base their efforts solely on the basis of the bogus document that Iraq submitted, who is going to invade, Monoco??
